The Society’s Annual General Meeting. Election of officers and council for the coming year. Notice for intention to stand for election for any position or for council membership together with any notice of motion to be considered by the AGM should be sent to the Hon Secretary on or before Monday February 17th.

Offices becoming vacant this year are President, Chairperson, Secretary, Librarian, Treasurer.
